An online quick dip.

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a 1-qt casserole dish and mix very well. Bake in a 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips but I much prefer a simple cracker or thinly sliced and toasted french bread.

This was so easy that I was able to throw it together after a last minute invite to a neighbors for dinner. The taste was mild and fresh and went well with the sesame crackers I served it with. I used a sweet Walla Walla onion and greek yogurt instead of mayonaise and some rosemary and oreganos in the mix and finally sprinkled cayenne pepper on top for a little bite. Think I could have used a little more time in the oven to blend all the flavors more. So simple, light and fresh - I'll be keeping this one around. Thanks so much for posting.

Mmmm, so easy and soooooo good! Loved this! Such a great little dip with a nice bite from the onion. I used a fresh red onion and yogurt in place of the mayo as thats what I had on hand. It worked out so great and went really well with crudites.

This dip is excellent! Our variation includes sprinkling Tony C's on top for a little kick and some color. What a hit!!!
