Hot 'n Spicy Barbequed Chicken (Or Pork!)

"A tangy & sharply spicy dry rub covered by a slightly sweeter homemade bbq sauce. One of the family favorites, and very flexible to taste. The dry rub has some zing, so be careful!"

  • Combine first 8 ingredients in a 1 quart container, stir well. Cover & microwave on high for 3 minutes, set sauce aside.
  • Combine dry rub ingredients: paprika and next 3 ingredients, sprinkle over both sides of meat (more to taste!), set aside.
  • Cook meat approx 10 minutes each side or until done, basting occasionally with portion of bbq sauce. Remove from grill and cover with remaining bbb sauce. Sit back & enjoy!
