For sauce
- 1 cup catsup
- 1⁄4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon hot sauce

For dry rub
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 skinned boneless chicken breasts (32 oz total)
directions
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a 1 quart container, stir well. Cover & microwave on high for 3 minutes, set sauce aside.
- Combine dry rub ingredients: paprika and next 3 ingredients, sprinkle over both sides of meat (more to taste!), set aside.
- Cook meat approx 10 minutes each side or until done, basting occasionally with portion of bbq sauce. Remove from grill and cover with remaining bbb sauce. Sit back & enjoy!
