Hot Milk Posset

READY IN: 5mins
Recipe by Charlotte J

In Victorian England, children were allowed small glasses of wine at the dinner table. Alcohol was a traditional sleep aid for all ages back then. This posset was a classic drink that nannies would prepare for kids in their care who were having trouble falling asleep. Posted for Zaar World Tour II (2006)

Talk about a wake up! I should have had this drink this morning instead of just now! Really good! I wasn't sure about the egg white, but it worked in this recipe!
