I actually usually make this when I'm sick, but it tastes great on healthy days too! Adjust the sweetener up or down to suit your taste for tartness.
- Juice the lemon into your mug.
- Add Splenda.
- Top with boiling water, stir and serve.
YUMMY! I just made this to counteract the cold! Really nice, I love the taste of fresh lemon juice! Lots of vitamin C too!
There is nothing better when you are sick. It makes you feel better. I've also made it with the honey and whiskey but it is good like this too.
I have been making this for years, except I use honey to sweeten and I add a little whiskey. This will help knok out a sour thoart. And it taste wonderful.
