Really good! Diced tomatoes had Italian seasoning so I did not add any Good the first day. Better the second (if there's any left!)

I used plain stewed tomatoes and just added a bit more seasoning and also beef broth since I had some in the fridge to use up. My DH said this was AWESOME. I did find the frozen Italina veggies . Made for 1,2,3 Hit wonders

This soup is delicious and hit the spot this chilly weekend. I loved the brown sugar and added just a little bit more. The flavor of this soup is wonderful. Made for 1-2-3 Tag.

Wonderful easy soup! I didn't have frozen Italian vegetables (whatever those are) so I chopped up some fresh carrot and broccoli. It was delicious with fresh grated parmesan on top.

What a lovely soup. It tastes fantastic and smells incredible while cooking. My dh & I enjoyed it very much. It was quick and easy to make. I made it in the afternoon and left it to simmer until dinner. It was perfect, rich, thick, chunky, full of wonderful textures and incredible flavor. I garnished with fresh grated parmesan and thinly sliced basil from the garden, it was so good. Thanks for sharing a recipe that I will be making again often.
