Hot Ham Sandwiches- Freezer Friendly

• Yields: 8-10 sandwiches

ingredients

• 1 lb ham, chopped
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1⁄2 cup ketchup
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar

directions

1. Combine all ingredients and bake in a casserole dish at 300 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. Stir several times during cooking.
2. Serve on buns.
3. This also freezes well. Just combine and freeze in a quart-sized bag. Thaw and bake on serving day.
