Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (1 lb) loaf Italian bread
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced ham
  • 1 12 cups sweet red pepper strips
  • 34 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 12 cups Coleslaw (homemade or deli)
  • 4 ounces swiss cheese, shredded (about 1 cup)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F degrees.
  2. Have a baking sheet ready.
  3. Split the bread horizontally.
  4. Put top, cut side down, on baking sheet.
  5. Arrange ham on bottom of loaf.
  6. Top with red pepper, red onions, coleslaw and cheese.
  7. Bake 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
  8. Cover with bread top.
  9. Cut crosswise in 4 portions.
