ingredients
- 236.59 ml sugar
- 88.74 ml cocoa
- 44.37 ml cornstarch
- 236.59 ml hot water
- 44.37 ml butter
- 7.39 ml vanilla
directions
- Stir everything together in a pot.
- Bring to a boil, stirring occassionally.
- Enjoy.

In need of hot fudge sauce, and no time to run to town, I decided that somebody should have posted a good recipe.................I was right!!! I just made the second batch, the first one didn't last too long. We really enjoyed it, and will in the future, I'm sure.<br/>Thanks for posting! -
My family loved this. I may add a little less cocoa next time, which is just personal preference. We put it over ice cream, but my four year old loved it best as a dip for pretzels and apples. Easy to make with things I always keep on hand! -

Love this! Quick and easy with ingredients I almost always have on hand. Sometimes I add a small amount of chocolate chips at the end for a little richer flavor. -
While this was tasty enough, it was more like a fudgy pudding than a hot fudge sauce. It wasn't what I would consider a hot fudge sauce that I like to put on my ice cream.
