Hot Fudge Sauce

- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2⁄3 cup evaporated milk
- 1⁄3 cup light corn syrup
- 1⁄3 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- In a medium sauce pan, combine sugar and cocoa, stir in evaporated milk and corn syrup.
- Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils.
- Let boil for 1 minute; remove from heat.
- Add butter and vanilla, stir until butter is melted.
- Serve warm.
