51.76 ml homemade gourmet chicken enchilada soup mix
283.49 g can rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
623.68 g Velveeta cheese, cubed

directions

Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2 quart pan.
Heat slowly on medium heat, stirring often to prevent dip from burning.
Serve with chips or tortillas.
