A very easy appetizer that everyone loves. I only use all beef hot dogs.
- 3⁄4 cup Bourbon
- 1 1⁄2 cups brown sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups catsup
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 5 -6 hot dogs, cut into 1 inch pieces
- Mix all ingredients together and cook on medium heat until the hot dog pieces are coated with sauce ~ this takes about 1 hour.
- Serve in a chafing dish with toothpicks.
