Everyone really liked this recipe! I baked this at 375 degrees for 1 hour. I chopped the carrots and potatoes into small pieces using my Oxo Good Grips Chopper. I also used the whole can of the cream of mushroom soup. What was I going to do with 2 ounces leftover? :-) I will be making this one again. Bec, thank you for posting this recipe.
