I mixed this up one night for my mom since she loves hot cocoa, but had run out of cocoa mix. I used milk powder that came in envelopes, and ended up with about 1/2 cup milk powder leftover, so I just added it in with everything else. I thought it tasted like it had a little too much cornstarch and next time I may leave out the extra 2 teaspoons of cornstarch. My mom thought it tasted just fine, though. I just had regular Hershey's cocoa powder and it turned out fine, I'm looking forward to ordering some dutch-process cocoa powder and trying it the "right" way. I mixed this in the food processor and it did a great job of mixing everything up finely. I used 1/4 cup of mix for an 8 oz. mug of water. Delicious, easy to make up and keep on hand, and it's nice to know what's in my cocoa mix!
