    Recipe from a co-worker. I've made many times over the years and tweaked to my personal taste. Can be made with either Ranch or Italian dressing mix depending on your preference. I like it both ways to mix it up since I make these so frequently. Another option is to cook the wings on the grill for 30 minutes instead of deep frying. Either way they get a nice crispy skin. If you like the flavor but it's too much heat simply tone down by increasing the butter.

    Directions:

      Fry chicken wings in deep fryer at 375 for 10-15 minutes.

      Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan then add remaining ingredients to make sauce.

      Place cooked wings in a large bowl and toss with warm hot sauce.

      Serve immediately.

      If you are looking for hot wings recipe, look no further. You've got to try this recipe. It is truly awesome. I add 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne to mine to add more heat. Be careful adding too much lemon or your sauce will be too sour. Overall this is a very very good wing recipe. Thank you for posting Karleeram
