  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 34 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 cup shedded cheese
  • 12 cup chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 12 cup shedded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
  • 34 cup potato chips, crushed

directions

  • Mix all ingredients except the chips in 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
  • Top with potato chips.
  • Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes.

  1. Tasty recipe, emily9! Only change I made was to put one of your 1/2 cups of shredded cheese on top of casserole, added fresh bread crumbs over the cheese, then dotted with butter (no potato chips on hand). The other 1/2 cup of cheese went in the casserole. I'm looking forward to the leftovers for lunch tomorrow...thanks for posting!
