These wraps were out of this world. The flavors were so good together. I had made the slaw in the morning for lunch and just reheated the mixture a bit in the micro and assembled at work. I did cut the recipe in half though since we were only 2. Also I too didn't add the cabbage because there was cabbage in the broccoli slaw. This recipe was very quick to prepare and the result was just so yummy !!! Thanks so much for sharing weekend cooker. I just served it with some homemade pickles and beets. I will be serving this wrap more often.

O.k., we were skeptical about this recipe. My husband was not sure he would like the broccoli slaw, but both of us really liked the combination in this slaw. The hummus is a nice healthy substitute for mayo.

I've never been much for hummus, but in this recipe, the flavors came together very well! This went together quickly, among other reasons because I had a good amount of shredded chicken breast in the freezer just waiting for a recipe like this! Definitely a keeper of a recipe! Thanks for sharing it1 [Tagged, made & reviewed in Potluck tag]

For me, sandwiches are usually pretty uninspiring....but this one must have suited my tastes to a T!!! I made minimal alterations as follows; first off, I just 'eye-balled' the ingredient ratios to make enough for one good sized wrap. Secondly, the broccoli slaw mix I use contains red cabbage, so I did not add any additional and last, I feared that the leftover chicken breast I was using was pretty bland, so I added a dash of cayanne along with the salt and pepper near then end of the saute process. Wrapped in a whole wheat/high fiber/low carb tortilla this made for a healthy, quick and YUMMY lunch! The added bonus for me, though, is the embedded Hummus dip/spread recipe. I will NEVER again pay darn near $5 per jar for my favorite Hummus dip! With AND without the wrap, I will be making the Hummus again and again. Thanks for a terrific post!

Healthy and tasty. A good recipe to tuck away for those hectic evenings. Think next time may try taking Wing-Man’s suggestion and try using lettuce in place of tortillas. Thanks for the post.

Great healthy and tasty recipe. Served in a lettuce wrap instead of tortillas. Also I believe this is enough for 10 servings. Will keep and make again.
