Quick and easy appetizer.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Chill mixture for 2 hours.
- Roll into small balls.
- Place balls on a cookie sheet and flatten slightly. (the bottom of a glass works well for this).
- Bake at 400 for 5 minutes.
These were only OK, for me, as my tastebuds said they needed a pinch of salt. I decreased the recipe by 1/2, chilled the dough and scooped and flattened, as directed. I did let them bake for 10 minutes, as I felt they weren't done after 5 minutes. Thanks for sharing, appetizerqueen.
