I originally got this from Allrecipes, but improved it by using whole wheat couscous and fruit bits(already chopped)and pecan pieces. The original called for slivered almonds, raisins and apricots. Healthy and delicious.

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, honey and cinnamon.
  2. Bring to boil slowly.
  3. Add the couscous.
  4. Remove pan from heat.
  5. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in fruit bits and pecans.

I had to add much more milk than asked for, because it added up tough and almost solid. But once I did, it was really yummy- thanks.
