Reviews

  1. This was excellent!!! I used 1 teaspoon crushed garlic instead of the garlic powder. Wonderful with warm french bread!!!

  2. Very good, in the future just to give it a little more pizzaz I will add a can or two of green chilies. I also used Italian cheese instead of straight mozzarella, which gave it a nice flavor. Definitely would make again with my modifications!

  3. I've made this for several work potlucks and it's gone within minutes. It tastes so much better than store bought dip and it's delicious. I love serving it with sliced french bread or tortilla chips.

  4. Tasty! Easy to make, and everyone thought it was very good. I increased the garlic just a little and added some cayenne pepper (1/2t) since we have a "thing" for hot food. I served it with small pieces of leftover french bread toast. Easy - good - gone!

  5. Followed directions to a tee. Perfect flavor perfect dip.

Tweaks

  1. I gave it a flavor boost without adding hot spice by using mild chopped green chiles with the juice. I also replaced the cream cheese with grated swill cheese. A crowd pleaser - soooo goood!
