Hot Artichoke and Cheese Dip

- 425.24 g container whole milk ricotta cheese
- 283.49 g package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed,drained,and chopped
- 236.59 ml shredded parmesan cheese
- 59.14 ml finely chopped shallot
- 29.58 ml lemon juice
- 2.46 ml salt
- 2.46 ml pepper
- 44.37 ml unseasoned breadcrumbs
- 29.58 ml chopped pine nuts
- 14.79 ml olive oil
directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, artichokes, Parmesan cheese, shallots, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Pour into a 1-quart casserole or baking dish.
- Mix together other ingredients, and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake, uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly around the edges.
- Serve with crackers and crudites, if desired.
