A yummy treat after skiing or skating-adults only!
- 2 large eggs, beaten well
- 3 cups whole milk
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1⁄3 cup white sugar
- 1⁄2-1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup apple brandy
- nutmeg, for sprinkling
- In a saucepan combine eggs, milk, half and half, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
- Stir over medium heat until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat, whisk in brandy.
- Ladle into mugs and sprinkle with nutmeg.
