MMmmmm, its such a simple recipe that you cant give it less than five stars. I just stuck my golden delicous apple in a pyrex and microwaved away. =] the cinnamon adds a nice little touch, and what i like MOST about this recipe is there is NO ADDED SUGAR. I skipped on the yogurt, though. A great way to change up my every-morning routine of a plain old apple!

These were good and easy to make. I made these for dessert. My kids weren't too impressed with these but I really liked them. I used two apples but still cooked on high for 2 minutes. I sprinkled with cinnamon and a bit of splenda. I didn't have any yogurt. Next time I will take the skin off the apples before cutting but that is more of a personal preference.

I made this using a pear as part of my breakfast this morning. I used just a dash of nutmeg as well as the cinnamon, and topped the cooked pear with some plain non-fat yogurt that I had added a little brown sugar and vanilla extract to. This was fairly quick and made a nice addition to my breakfast this morning. Definitely something I would try again (with either a pear or an apple!). Thanks!

Terrific for a quick and yummy hold-me-over. Very reminiscent of apple pie without the down side. The apple is wonderfully sweet with nothing but the cinnamon added. I used plain non-fat yogurt with a small bit of Splenda and pure vanilla mixed in. I'm really impressed at the amount of flavor this gives. Made for PAC Spring 08.
