When you are in the mood for something a little different when it comes to your popcorn!
- 3 -4 quarts popped popcorn
- 3 -4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
- Add sugar, cinnamon and chili powder to the melted butter and saute until fragrant, about 1 minute (I just do this in the microwave).
- Pour over popcorn and toss.
Awesome flavour combination! I just made this. I think I added a bit more than 1/2 tsp of chili powder, but it still turned out amazing. This will be a big hit tonight while camping.
