I found this in my Eat magazine. It is so easy and good. My husband loves when we have this.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 ounces cheese tortellini
  • 8 ounces ground beef
  • 16 ounces tomato and basil pasta sauce
  • 16 ounces salsa
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro

Directions

  1. cook tortellini and drain.
  2. cook ground beef.
  3. add sauce, salsa, cilantro simmer 5 minutes then add pasta.
  4. serve.

I would eat this 4-5 times a week if DH would let me! I use spicy salsa, and a pound of meat. I also add a little garlic with the beef. Thanks so much for posting this!
