You need to freeze the cupcakes after you cut them. This tastes awesome.
- 4 cupcakes, frozen
- 2 scoops oreo cookies & cream ice cream, softened
- Spread the ice cream over the cupcakes.
- Place the other half of the cupcake ove the one with the ice cream.
- Freeze for 1 hour.
