Was searching the Zaar looking for a sauce to serve with my rib eyes I am cooking tonight but couldn't find what I was looking for, but I was inspired to create this sauce.

Delicious! I actually made this sauce on Saturday afternoon to use that day but things came up and we never got to grill the steaks. So the sauce sat in the fridge for 3 days. I did taste it right after I made it and thought it was okay. Then today, after it's been sitting a few days, it was at full flavor! This is so good, and I think I'll use this for other meats, veggies, chip and pretzel dip too! I used 6 huge cloves of garlic that I smashed and roasted in foil with a little olive oil and salt. Perfect. This will be a go-to recipe, thanks for sharing Sherri! Made for Bargain Basement tag game.
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 garlic cloves, roasted
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
