"The perfect accent for roast beef. Depending on the strength of your horseradish, you may want to taste and add more. We serve this in a chilled bowl at the table."

• 1⁄2 pint whipping cream
• 2 tablespoons horseradish
• salt and pepper

directions

1. Start with a chilled bowl and whip the cream.
2. Fold in the horseradish.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
