This is a wonderful sauce for cold cuts, chicken nuggets, raw vegetables; even cheese and crackers go well with it.
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Serve with deli meats, crackers or raw veggies.
This was easy to make and was a nice zesty dip for the pretzels I was eating. I used reduced fat sour cream and then after I was done using it as a dip I ran a bit of fat free mayo through it and used it as a spread on roast beef sandwich. Made for the vegetarian/vegan swap.
