Hey Andrea,This was pretty darn good eating....I am impressed. The only problem I had was in waiting on the yogurt to drain, I am a very impatient cook,I like quick stuff, but the taste was WORTH IT! Thanks,Darlene
Nice condiment - think I might add bit more horseradish and maybe another garlic clove. I have never drained yogurt before and was impressed by the amt of liquid that came out and the final cheese result. Served with the prime rib but still have a lot leftover. Maybe I'll try freezing into cubes??
