  • Line colander with cheesecloth.
  • Add yogurt and drain for at least 2 hours.
  • Add remaining ingredients to the yogurt cheese.
  • Mix well.

  2. Nice condiment - think I might add bit more horseradish and maybe another garlic clove. I have never drained yogurt before and was impressed by the amt of liquid that came out and the final cheese result. Served with the prime rib but still have a lot leftover. Maybe I'll try freezing into cubes??
