Found a recipe online, but didn't have all the ingredients - so we came up with this with what we had in the fridge. Delicious with rare cooked cold roast beef and lettuce greens in a fresh seeded roll. You can easily double this, but this amount should generously do four rolls.

Made this lovely sauce today and I can't wait to try it on a roast beef sandwich. Love the tangy flavor from the mustard -- it really gives this sauce a nice lift. Made for Spring PAC, April, 2014.
- 1⁄4 cup egg mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon horseradish, minced
- 2 teaspoons sour cream
