    Wonderful sauce that goes great with any roasted beef. Better if doubled.. because it goes quick!

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 -2 tablespoon prepared horseradish
    • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives (scallions work are a good substitution)
    • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
    • salt and black pepper

    Directions:

      .MIx sll ingredients together.

      Refrigerate until ready to use.

      Tastes best if made a day ahead>.
