Wonderful sauce that goes great with any roasted beef. Better if doubled.. because it goes quick!
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 -2 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives (scallions work are a good substitution)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon olive oil
- salt and black pepper
- .MIx sll ingredients together.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Tastes best if made a day ahead>.
