I covered the top with a ton and a half of cracked black pepper. Gave it another little kick. VERY GOOD. This will be one of the things I take to parties this year. Thanks Bev!
This is not just cheese dip it is an "out-of-body experience". This is best when served chilled and with burboun or scotch and with a football game of some type. It makes a party out of cheez-its, triscuits, wheat thins or plain old saltines. This is now a holiday tradition in my house!
Bev...what can I say but YUM?! This was such a nice change. I cut the recipe in half but as I love horseradish I increased that amount. I served mine with Triscuits and various veggies, quite delectable! Thanks :)
Wish I could give this 10 stars for this quick, easy and very flavorful appetizer. I served this with assorted crackers and raw veggies. I also think this would make a great spread for sandwiches. This is a winner, Bev, thanks for sharing.
SO GOOD!! I made this for a poker night and served it hot with Baked Potato Wedges and it disappeared FAST! I did add about 9 oz of horseradish...we love it. I will make this again!!
Oh my goodness. This dip was one of the best things I've ever had, especially when it was just made. I tried it both warm and chilled, and I have to say that I prefer it just slightly warm. It was excellent with Wheat Thins. Thanks very much.
I made a 1/2 a recipe....Wow! was great...added a little more horseradish to taste and had with toasted wheat crackers and pretzel sticks.:)
What a great recipe. I cut it in half and served with with Ritz "whole wheat" crackers. I did try a heartier cracker but the cracker competed with the dip. The simplier the cracker the better.
