Horseradish Beef (Crock Pot)

This very easy and delicious. I skip the browning and use dried onions, and it still comes out delicious!

I thought the beef had a good taste to it. I did use prepared horseradish instead of horseradish sauce. My husband commented that it could use some more horseradish- but then there were some bites that the horseradish had stuck to and it tasted perfect. All in all- I will make again.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 -4 lbs pot roast
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 13 cup prepared horseradish


  1. Brown roast on all sides in oil in skilled. Place in slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients and add to pot.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hours.
