Horseradish Applesauce

"I'm not sure this even qualifies as a recipe, but we've been enjoying it ever since we had it at a cookout several years ago. Turns the ordinary into something unexpected and tasty, too! Wonderful with roast pork! Can adjust the horseradish to taste. Cook time is chill time - just a guesstimate."

  1. Kind of strange as is. I added a good sprinkle of Cayenne to balance out the horseradish kick with a spicier undertone. Definitely counts as a recipe though, this one could leave 'em guessing!
