Refreshing as the Pacific breeze...enticing as the beach at Waikiki, and you can make it with such ease right in your own kitchen. Here's "Aloha" to you, too. As served at Sheraton's Royal Hawaiian Hotel, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Ingredients:

Serves: 1

Yield: 1.0 Honolul ...

• 1/2 lime, juice of
• hawaiian pineapple juice
• 1 jigger Southern Comfort
• cracked ice

Directions:

1. Pack 12-oz. glass with cracked ice.
2. Add the lime juice, then the Southern Comfort.
3. Fill the glass with pineapple juice and stir.

This was a very refreshing drink that we enjoyed on our deck this evening. The Southern Comfort gave it a wonderful twist against the sweet pineapple juice. And the lime juice is a must, as it gives a refreshing citrus touch. I will definitely make this agan with the only change perhaps being a touch more lime juice. Wonderful cocktail, BecR. Made for "New Kids On The Block" tag game.
