This is a terrific after-school snack that many children will be able to make on their own, and healthy as well.
- 1⁄4 cup creamy peanut butter or 1⁄4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 4 lettuce leaves, washed,dried and crisped in the fridge
- 1⁄4 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons honey
- For each serving, spread 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter on a lettuce leaf; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the raisins and top with 1/2 tablespoon of the honey.
- Wrap or roll lettuce leaf around filling.

These are so delicous. The second time I made these I didn't use the raisins and I used tortillas instead of the lettuce. Thanks!
