This is a terrific after-school snack that many children will be able to make on their own, and healthy as well.

  1. For each serving, spread 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter on a lettuce leaf; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the raisins and top with 1/2 tablespoon of the honey.
  2. Wrap or roll lettuce leaf around filling.

These are so delicous. The second time I made these I didn't use the raisins and I used tortillas instead of the lettuce. Thanks!
