I sauted the carrots about 3 minutes, then added the zucchinni. The honey and black pepper gives a great flavor. A very appealing dish. I sprinkled sliced almonds on top. Great dish, thanks Susie!!

I let the carrots simmer in a 1/4 cup chicken stock for a couple of minutes before adding the zucchini and also halved the honey amount. Really tasty vegetable dish. Thanks for posting. =)

This is a wonderful quick and easy recipe. I sauteed the carrots about 5 minutes then added the zucchini mainly because I like my carrots more tender than crisp. I thought I was going to want to add salt but after tasting, felt like it had a great flavor without salt (which is very unusual for me). This also had great eye appeal--bright colors. Thanks for a great recipe :D

This was a delicious recipe. I added the carrots and zucchini at the same time, and the carrots came out nice and crisp, with the zucchini a little more tender and just right. This was a wonderful addition to our meal and we thank you so much for this great recipe!! Dianne

I cut a bunch of veggies up the other day and stored them in the refrig. So I just pulled the carrots out first and steamed them. Sauteed the zucchini then added the cooked carrots and finished up the recipe as written. Loved the taste of the honey on the otherwise tasteless zucchini. Made for *Healthy Choices ABC Tag 2009* game

Very easy and quick. I sauteed the carrots for about 4 minutes before adding the zucchini and heated through. I added the honey and it promptly turned to soup. The dish tasted good and looked wonderful. I just didn't like all the liquid. Next time I would also add the almonds as mentioned in another review.
