This is a great way to prepare carrots, Lavender Lynn. I will make this recipe again, but I will increase the number of carrots because (and maybe it's due to having used small carrots) the servings were rather scant. But that's an easy fix by tossing in more carrots next time. Everything else was perfect and made for a lovely side dish to our Moroccan-themed dinner. Made for ZWT #9 (North Africa).

I made this as part of the DM's birthday tea and she thoroughly enjoyed though I thought they were a little too sweet but those are my tastes, I used 4 medium carrots for 3 1 1/2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon canola oil and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, I also steamed my carrots and then put them in the hot honey mix.
