This was good. Two of my three kids ate it without complaints and my DH also enjoyed it. I only used 2 tbsp butter and that was plenty and I added 2 tbsp of brown sugar. I'll definitely make again. Thanks for posting!
- 1 1⁄2 lbs carrots, sliced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- Steam or boil carrots in salted water for 10-15 minutes until they are tender-crisp and drain.
- Heat butter, honey and lemon juice in a heavy skillet for about 2 minutes or until hot and bubbly, stirring often.
- Add carrots; cook uncovered 4-7 minutes or until they are glazed, stirring frequently.
