Here's a simple one! I have creme de cassis for making kirs and I found this as another way to enjoy creme de cassis. Works with cantaloup if you prefer. You can serve both types of melon in cubes prepared as listed below.
- Wash the melon and then cut the melon into quarter wedges. Scrape out seeds.
- Sprinkle each quarter with lime juice.
- Place the melon wedges on 4 plates and pour 1 tablespoon of creme do cassis over each serving.
