      I loved this! Was hungry for some ice cream but was out of SF and didn't want to go to the store. Remembered I had saved this recipe and even bought the yogurt for it. I did think it called for Cantaloupe though, and that is what I had so I used it. Very quick and great tasting. Thanks for sharing.

      I guess this is pretty healthy the way I made mine. I used organic yogurt & added alcohol free vanilla from the health food shop. I added a bit of water to help it blend and omitted the ice. I did not feel a need to add any sweetener although it was only slightly sweet.
