This is an easy snack/lunch/dessert that's healthy and delicious!
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- fresh fruit, any kind that can be used as a dipper
- In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, honey and cinnamon.
- To serve, place bowl in the middle of a large platter and surround with fresh fruit cut into dipping size pieces.
I didn't really like this parfait. My kids didn't like it either and they usually have a totally different taste in foods than i do. I will suggest that you do not waste your time making this particualer parfait. I know i will not be making it again
I fixed this for a fruit tray made for a Hawaiian party...and it was just "ok." Maybe I did something wrong in making it, but I think there are better fruit dip recipes out there.
