I made this recipe substituting melted butter for the olive oil and adding slightly less salt because the butter was salted. I also had to add about a cup more flour, but my flour is freshly ground so that may be why. It is a fantastic recipe. It made 24 rolls, which I laid out 3 x 4 rows in two 9x13 pans.

I made a half recipe of these and they are great. Didn't have honey so I used golden syrup which worked well. Great texture.I have a convection oven and only needed just over 25 minutes in the oven.
