ingredients

• 1 1⁄8 cups warm water
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons active dry yeast
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil
• 2 cups whole wheat flour
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten

directions

1. Mix water, honey and yeast together in a small bowl and set aside for 5 minutes.
2. Add ingredients to your bread mixer in the order suggested by the manufacturer (this varies depending on the machine).
3. Use the whole grain setting and a light or medium crust option.
