I have to say I was very disapointed in this recipe. I tried it twice, once making it exactly as the directions said, but there was too much mix for my standard size breadmaker. So, I dumped all that mix out and halved the recipe. This batch mixed but there is just too much liquid. The second batch fell badly. I would hazard to say that if you try this recipe I would cut the milk by 1/3 and the butter down too. I wouldn't even bother making the full recipe if you have a standard size breadmaker. I can't really give it bad marks though because the bread that got made that fell tasted really good. Sorry :(

  1. Add wet ingredients to bread pan of bread machine.
  2. Add dry ingredients, ending with flour. Set to dough cycle. Shape dough into loaves and place into two greased bread pans.
  3. Let rise. Bake 375 35 to 40 minute Let cool completely before slicing-if you can wait that long.
