These were really good! I added just a little heat with some minced habenaro and I grilled mine using indirect heat with mesquite wood chips. Defniately a keeper.
My son and I had these as an appetizer on New Year's Eve. They are wonderful. I love the flavor. I will be using the marinade on chicken tenders and whole grilled breasts also. This recipe will be a regular at my house.

We were lucky enough to have these at our Aussie Christmas party December 4th '04. Jewelies brought them along to share, and they were a hit-especially leftovers cold at breakfast the following morning. Jewelies was on a caravaning holiday, and managed to make quite a large quantity of these in her turbo oven, so I figured they must be pretty easy under such difficult conditions;-)
These are just delicious. Finger lick'n good! And not at all hot like I thought they would be. Very quick and easy to put the marinade together. Next time I buy chicken wings I'm going to mix the marinade in with the wings before I freeze so all I have to do is take them out of the freezer and let defrost for a tasty dish. Thanks Latchy!

These were very good! I marinated them overnight. I thought they would have an Indian flavor but it was more Asian. I served them with a sour cream and chive dop.
