A sweeter version of a Viniagrette Salad Dressing.
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil, extra virgin is best
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- Whisk all together and drizzle over a salad. Store refrigerated.
Very fast and easy recipe! I added some fresh squeezed lemon juice to give it a little zing and tossed it with romaine lettuce, toasted/slivered almonds, avocado and dried cranberries! It was yummmmy...
