  • put the honey,spices and pepper in a small saucepan on a very low heat,until the honey thins.do't let the honey boil or burn.
  • let the mixture cool.
  • toast the bread on both lightly on both sides.
  • cut each slice into 4 small squares.
  • put the slices onto plates or a serving dish.
  • pour the honey mixture over the toast.
  • stick the pine nuts upright into each peice of toast so they look like small stakes.
