ingredients
- 1 cup clear honey
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground pepper
- 4 large slice white bread
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
directions
- put the honey,spices and pepper in a small saucepan on a very low heat,until the honey thins.do't let the honey boil or burn.
- let the mixture cool.
- toast the bread on both lightly on both sides.
- cut each slice into 4 small squares.
- put the slices onto plates or a serving dish.
- pour the honey mixture over the toast.
- stick the pine nuts upright into each peice of toast so they look like small stakes.
